Refund policy


At MADs LifeStyle, we want you to love every purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, we’re here to help with a simple return process.

Return Window

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

Tags still attached

Free from stains, odors, pet hair, or damage

Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available depending on stock availability.

If the desired item is not in stock, a refund will be processed instead.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
We will replace the item at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

Accessories (e.g., hats, bows, socks)

Gift cards

Any item marked “final sale”

Return Shipping

We provide a prepaid return shipping label.

The cost of the label (typically $4–$7, based on weight) will be deducted from your refund, unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item).

Condition Check & Rejected Returns

Items that do not meet our return conditions (worn, washed, stained, damaged, or missing tags) will not be eligible for a refund.
Rejected items may be returned to you at your expense.

Refund Processing Time

Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Lost or Delayed Returns

MADs LifeStyle is not responsible for returns that are lost or delayed if the customer uses a different label than the one we provide.
When our prepaid return label is used, tracking is included for protection.

Once approved, you will receive your prepaid return shipping label along with instructions.
